what people say

  • “I am very happy to relate that, for the first time in many years, my voice has held up and has not proposed any problems at all. I am exercising faithfully each morning and the results are great. So I’m extremely grateful to you for all your professional help. Your training has changed my life in the classroom. Thank you very much.” — John McNally, teacher

who we work with

GetPresence – making a leader

Do any of these comments sound familiar?

  • I think I’m average and I want to excel
  • I’d like to be able to walk into a room and for people to notice me
  • I want to be taken seriously when I am delivering difficult news
  • I keep on being passed over for promotion – and I’m not sure why.
  • I’d like to have confidence whether I’m talking to the cleaner or the CEO
  • People think I’m arrogant but I’m just trying to make an impact

Presence can seem elusive. We know instantly when someone has it and when they do not. However we are all born with ‘presence’ (look at a baby or very young child). We will explore what happens along the way to inhibit our natural ability literally to ‘be present’? How to talk to people without the fears and uncertainties which can make us look nervous and ineffective. And also how to prevent self-confidence tipping over into arrogance.
